The Castle of Chanteloup proposes five
lodgings of quality
La Grande
Orangerie,
La Petite
Orangerie,
Le Grand Appartement de la Ferme,
Le Petit
Appartement de
la Ferme,
L'Appartement du Commun.
Each lodging is cosy and well furnished, often with old and rustic furniture.
They all have there own private garden
with teak furniture, long chairs and
barbecue, with the exception of the
“Appartement du Commun”.
The
ORANGERIE, composed of two lodgings, is
the old noble house of the property.
Built after the One Hundred Years War
with our dear English friends, it was
altered into a neo-gothic style in 1855
by the family Ogier d’Ivry. Let in a
neglected state during decades, almost
in a state of ruin, it was restored in
1994.

The three other lodgings are on the floor of the old farm, a building dating from 1815 like the castle. Le GRAND APPARTEMENT et le PETIT APPARTEMENT were arranged at first like « Chambres d’Hôtes ».
A twin bed room with a bathroom is situated between these two Apartments. We rent it at your convenience to make your stay more comfortable.
Regarding the APPARTEMENT DU COMMUN, it
was the object in 2004 of a heavy
restoration, which was at one time the
coachman’s house. You will besides see
at the ground floor, the box for horses
restored in 2002.
We are sure you will spend a pleasant
stay in these cosy lodgings surrounded
of a garden park. And obviously, all our
guests profit for free from all the
accommodations and facilities provided
by the campsite during the season
